Case study, INZINT, Apr 2023 to Jan 2025
Closing $500K+ selling white label software, end to end.
Business Development Executive at INZINT. I managed SaaS deals end to end for US and global clients, from first outreach to signed SOW.
Problem
Sell white label software to buyers who do not know INZINT, in a crowded market, and close deals that need custom scope, not a standard price list.
What I did
- Owned full cycle deals: prospecting, qualification, proposals, and close.
- Created custom proposals and SOWs for each client, instead of sending a generic deck.
- Passed client insights back to internal teams to guide feature improvements.
- Used outbound, LinkedIn and email, plus CRM discipline, to keep pipeline moving across multiple deals at once.

Result
$500K+ in new revenue closed, across 7 clients, with project sizes typically $35K to $45K plus dev staffing work. That result is from my own career record, not a client testimonial, and no client names are published here.
What I learned
Custom scope wins over generic pitching, and client insight is a product input, not just a sales note. That lesson carries into how I build products now: start from a real buyer problem, write the scope clearly, and iterate from what buyers actually say.
